Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal information MyREAIGENT collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. It applies to the MyREAIGENT mobile app, the web app, the open-house website at myreaigent.com, and text messages sent from MyREAIGENT phone numbers.
Who we are and who this covers
MyREAIGENT is a customer-relationship and open-house platform for real estate agents and brokerages. Three kinds of people interact with it: agents, team leads and administrators who use the product; leads and clients whose contact details an agent or brokerage stores in it; and members of the public who browse or sign in at open houses.
Information we collect
From agents and administrators: name, email address, phone number, brokerage, real estate license number (for open-house listing verification), account settings, and how you use the app, including voice input you choose to speak to the assistant and audio recordings you choose to upload.
About leads and clients, entered by an agent or brokerage or received from a lead source they connect: name, phone number, email address, purchase timeline, pre-approval status, notes, the history of calls, texts and emails exchanged through the platform, and the consent record that allows us to text you.
From open-house visitors and buyers: name, phone number and email address when you RSVP or sign in at an open house; the property you visited; and, if you create an account, your saved open houses and the agent you are linked to. Location is used only when you turn on a location-based search or alert.
Automatically: device type, app version, crash and error reports, and usage events needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To run the service: routing leads to agents, reminding agents to follow up, sending texts and emails on an agent's behalf, publishing open houses, and checking visitors in.
- To provide the assistant: transcribing voice, summarizing uploaded recordings, and suggesting next steps.
- To keep the service secure, diagnose problems, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for advertising, and we do not share phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing. Every third-party service that processes personal information on our behalf is bound by contract not to use that information to train artificial-intelligence models.
Who we share it with
Your brokerage or team. If you use MyREAIGENT through an organization account, that organization's administrators can see the leads, contacts and activity in the organization's account, and the organization owns those records.
Service providers that host the database, send texts and emails, transcribe audio, run the assistant, and monitor for errors. They act on our instructions and under written data-protection terms.
Listing data. Property information on the open-house site comes from the local multiple listing service under its display rules and is shown with the listing brokerage's name.
Legal. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of people using the service.
How long we keep it
- Lead and client records, activity and messages: for the life of the account, then 90 days after the account is deleted.
- Uploaded recordings: 12 months; the transcript and summary stay with the lead record. An agent can delete a recording earlier.
- Deleted individual accounts: a 30-day grace period, then a full purge.
- Backups: 30 days, encrypted.
Your choices and rights
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we extend the same rights to everyone: to confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; to correct it; to delete it; to receive a copy in a portable format; and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling (we do none of these). To exercise a right, email privacy@myreaigent.com. We respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, we will say why and you may appeal by replying to our response; if the appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General.
Agents with an individual account can delete their account from inside the app. Agents on an organization account can request removal through their administrator. Leads and buyers can stop text messages by replying STOP and stop emails with the unsubscribe link.
Children
MyREAIGENT is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Access to personal information is restricted by role and organization, enforced on our servers. Production data is never used in development or testing.
Changes
We will post changes here and update the effective date. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be announced in the app or by email.
